Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American actress, comedian and activist She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and started her career shortly after emigrating from Israel to the United States as a child actress. She is best known for her appearances in AT&T commercials on television. In these commercials, Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and 2020 (since 2020). Her commercial appearances were not the only thing she did. She also appeared on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). In addition she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub is also the voice of Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, following her appearance in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents, who were just two years old, emigrated to America to escape antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. She began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five due to the family's financial troubles. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out in her sophomore year. She she was able to get a GED and went on to earn an Associate of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She was a part of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and studied Improv comedy.
