  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30, 1991, is better known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is the American rapper, singer and songwriter. The stage name he uses is the amalgamation of the name of his beloved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his first major label contract in 2012 with Epic Records. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. His Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first project that was full-length called the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh, and followed it up with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the first studio album by the artist. The hit single "Antidote" was the lead track. His second album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott has released his second album in conjunction with Quavo Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). The album is his third studio album Astroworld. He also released his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in late 2019 by Cactus Jack Records. It made it to the top of the Billboard 200. After his single "Franchise" that featured Young Thug and M.I.A., Scott was in a position to release the compilation album JackBoys. Scott was the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs reach the top of the list in less than a decade , in the year 2020.
